How it works

  • We are thrilled to provide you with top-of-the-line birth support tools. If you would like to request one of our rentals, please fill out our rental request form and we will be in touch with you about availability in 1 - 2 business days.

  • All of our rentals are individually priced. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your rental. The remaining cost is due when you reach 37 weeks, and before we drop off (or you pick up) the rented items.

  • Complimentary Delivery and Pick-Up: We are thrilled to offer complimentary delivery and pick-up to those living in the following areas:

    • Guelph

    • Elora

    • Fergus

    Delivery of your rented items will be made in your 37th week of pregnancy to ensure everything is ready for your birth. For complimentary pick-up, please kindly inform us of your baby’s birth within 48 hours. This will enable a timely return so we can get the items cleaned and out to the next family.

    Paid Delivery and Pick Up Areas: A one-time $50 fee will be applied for delivery and pick up in the following areas:

    • Kitchener

    • Waterloo

    • Cambridge

    • Acton

    • Georgetown

    And all the areas in between!

    Self Pick Up and Drop Off: You are welcome to pick up and drop off your rentals at no extra cost at the clinic of our sister company, Guelph Prenatal Massage.

    Please note that there is no discount to the rental price if you live in the complimentary delivery/pick up area and opt for self pick up.

  • We get it—babies have their own plans!

    If you need to cancel your rental, please reach out as soon as you can. Here's how it works:

    • Your retainer fee secures your rental and is non-refundable.

    • If you cancel more than one week before your scheduled rental delivery, we’ll refund any payments made beyond the deposit.

    • If you cancel within a week of your rental delivery date, or choose not to use your rental after it's delivered—we’re not able to offer refunds.

    Why? Once your rental is packed up and ready to go, time, care, and resources have already gone into preparing it just for you. Thanks for understanding and helping us continue to support other growing families with smooth, reliable service!

  • All of our rentals are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each rental period.

    Birth Pools: Let’s keep things clean and comfy—for everyone!

    Our birth pools are thoroughly cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectant and carefully inspected between each rental, so every family gets the safe, high-quality experience they deserve.

    Here’s how you can help us keep the good vibes going:

    • Please give the pool a quick wipe-down after use, especially if there’s any blood or bodily fluids—this helps prevent stains and keeps the pool looking great for the next family.

    • A liner is a must! It’s required for every use. Skipping it means a replacement fee equal to the cost of replacing the pool.

    Single Use Accessories:

    When applicable, single-use accessories are provided to enhance hygiene and convenience. It is the renter’s responsibility to dispose of used single-use accessories.

    Linen Accessories:

    Are washed with gentle, fragrance-free, baby-safe detergent.

    Mesh Accessories:

    Get a scrub with baby-safe soap and water, spot-treated with non-toxic stain remover when needed, then wiped down and left to dry completely.

    Hard Surfaces:

    Are disinfected with our accelerated hydrogen peroxide solution and air dried for a thorough, safe clean.

    Storage:

    Is tidy and intentional—everything is fully dried and stored in clean, labeled bins or designated areas to stay organized and ready for the next family.
